North Tract Lofts is a brand new apartment community conveniently located off the North end of Crystal Drive with adjacent access to I-395 and Old Jefferson Davis Hwy., within minutes from the Pentagon, and 5 blocks to Crystal City Metro Station.

We offer studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes, as well as lofts and townhouses. Our property features breathtaking views of DC, and the Potomac River. Each apartment home comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer, spacious walk-in closets, and are pre-wired for alarm system.

The amenities offered include 24-hour fitness center, cyber-cafe with WiFi, media lounge and movie theatre, club room with a pool table, covered, 2-story parking garage with bike racks and storage spaces for the residents. The building is controlled access.
